WHAT DOES TRANSFER YOUR CERTIFICATION WITH EQA MEAN?
It is a process that allows you to recognize the certification of another Body (EQA) without interrupting the continuity of the certification cycle of your current certification body. The receiving body performs a documentary and/or on-site review to check the status of the Management System and verify compliance with minor and major non-conformities detected in the last audit, with the general objective of deciding on the certification to be transferred.

The client must provide various documents electronically to support his/her request.
The commercial executive may request authorization from the client to communicate directly with the client’s current Certification Body (CB) in the event that the client does not have all the necessary documentation and to corroborate some aspects.
Once the documentation is complete, a Transfer Budget is generated and submitted for signature by both parties.
Review by the Certification Committee, which will make the decision as to whether or not the transfer proceeds, as well as the reasons in case of a denial. This review process is regularly documentary and remote.
A new certificate is generated respecting the information of the certificate issued by the previous CB of the client.
A new Certification Budget is generated for the pending audit events of the client’s Certification Cycle.
